Fine-tuning ArmourHub's management platform

Private applicationAPI integrationsWorkflow improvement

The Problem

ArmourHub needed its management platform to fit how its people worked and its separate tools to communicate with each other.

Our Solution

We worked closely with the people using the software to refine workflows, implement APIs and integrate Microsoft Teams, making improvements iteratively.

Outcome

A management platform better suited to ArmourHub's day-to-day operations, with connected tools and workflows shaped by the people using them.

Working with the people using the software

ArmourHub already used Fortix to manage its business. Our work focused on making that platform work well for the team, rather than treating it as a configuration exercise.

We worked closely with the people using the software to understand their day-to-day needs and refine the system around them. That included contact-creation forms, tablet views, document templates and business workflows.

Connecting separate tools

We implemented APIs and integrations with Microsoft Teams so ArmourHub’s separate tools could communicate with each other. The work extended beyond the management platform itself to connect the software the team relied on.

Improving the platform iteratively

We made improvements in iterations, using feedback from the team to guide each round of changes. This kept the work grounded in how the business actually operated, with workflows refined alongside the people using them.

The result is a management platform better suited to ArmourHub’s business, supported by integrations that connect its tools.

This is a private business system. Screenshots and direct application access are not shared here.
